Staff: Project and Studio Manager
We’re looking for a technology-savvy, client-facing Interactive Project and Studio Manager who can manage a wide range of projects, including CMS driven websites, email marketing, online fundraising, Facebook applications, web applications, print production and more!
Position Details
This is a full-time position that would begin with an initial contract period (length depending on candidate experience) for training and acclimation. We are also open to the possibility of a steady part-time position for the right candidate. This position is on site in our Brooklyn studio.
Required Skills, Proficiencies & Interests:
- Proven ability to manage small teams across multiple projects from project inception through to completion.
- Define and maintain milestones and schedules
- Monitor and report on project budgets
- Deliver concise and thoughtful regular projects update for team members as well as key client stakeholders
- Field client questions/issues and facilitate appropriate responses with support of key team members
- Organize and participate in QA testing
- A quick and sharp technical mind that can absorb new knowledge and communicate new understandings to team members and client partners effectively.
- Hands-on experience working with website CMSs
- Ever-developing understanding of the capabilities and limitations of latest web technologies
- Support and participate in regular studio marketing activities including occasional participation in industry meetups and events.
- Motivated to help contribute to our team, supporting and improving our capabilities.
