New Featured Work: PACT360
PACT stands for Police and Communities Together. The PACT360 website is a resource and hub for communities to connect, learn, and access training resources that aim to to prevent substance abuse. We are excited to have worked with The Partnership At Drugfree.org to redesign and develop the site. The following are some of the key project goals.
- Greatly improve the visual presentation.
- Address new content strategy objectives, including showcasing training and resource content more clearly.
- Design the “It Takes A Community” resource to highlight key community members from local law enforcement, to school nurses, to coaches to showcase their role in substance abuse prevention through video and FAQs.
The site is developed using the ExpressionEngine CMS platform allowing for clear content management of channels of content such as blogs and programs alongside unique content sections presented throughout the site.

A Responsive Site Within the Site
The “It Takes A Community” area of the site is designed to be a microsite within the site, having its own look and feel, navigation, and layout. It’s purpose is to highlight the various community support roles whom are resources to parents and youth in preventing substance abuse. Each role includes video interviews and FAQs that detail the support offered. We employed a responsive design approach that allows the look, feel and layout to adjust to varying dimensions of mobile devices from tablets to phones. This offers a more flexible tool for PACT360 partners and advocates to share this resource across multiple devices and showcase the same content regardless of device with a presentation that maximizes available display dimensions.
