NYC 501 Tech Club Recap

Last night our own Seth Giammanco presented and participated on a panel with representatives from The Partnership at Drugfree.org and JWT New York at the NYC 501 Tech Club. They walked through the “Anatomy of an Engagement Campaign” using The Hope Share campaign as a case study.

Anatomy of an Engagement Campaign

On May 15th The NYC 501 Tech club will be hosting our own Seth Giammanco whom will be leading a talk through a case study of a recent highly successful engagement campaign with representatives from the Partnership at Drugfree.org and JWT New York.

This free event isn’t just going to be talking about engagement but will be role modeling it as well. The panel style format will be an excellent opportunity for participants to ask the hard questions and learn more about the process, challenges and success that was part of the campaign.

Social Media for Arts Organizations

Last week I had the pleasure of facilitating a workshop focused on how Arts organizations can make strategic use of the social media in efforts to build engaged communities.

During the workshop there was a lot of active discussion and a number of questions that came up that serve as helpful reminders.

Facebook Groups
With the ever increasing slant Facebook is making towards promoted posts and ads as the way to gain visibility facebook groups were a hot topic. By taking the focus off your brand and making it the community there is great opportunity to foster engagement in a very transparent manner that appealed to a lot of participants.
