About Minds On Design Lab

Minds On Design Lab is a strategic design studio with digital expertise. We’re passionate about elevating small and mighty teams in the social sector. We were founded in 2007 and are a fully remote, virtual studio.

What we are looking for

Assistant to work with our principals to address the following:

• Draft, edit, and schedule social posts to LinkedIn. Social content is often repurposed from our blogs or inspired by our work experiences.
• Ideate around new social post ideas and opportunities.
• Help prepare and send our monthly newsletter.
• Create scripts for videos based on blog content and/or social post ideas.
• Analyze and report on our progress.
• Create design assets for social using templates.
• Client and potential client research.

Interested Candidates must have

• Attention to detail
• Great, pro-active communication skills
• Willingness to learn and follow our process and standards
• Reliability and able to work within deadlines that are often set collaboratively

Requirements

• Availability to commit to 10 hrs per month at $25 - $40hr 
• Fully remote
• Experience with and/or comfort learning quickly tools like Notion, Buffer, and Mailchimp.
• LinkedIn and email marketing experience.
